Rob I make 2" lowering blocks out of solid steel 2" bar stock if you need a set.
(I call them traction devices since they are so heavy)
You can have a set for shipping costs alone. (probably $10 usps)
The u-bolts I don't have.
Just thought I would throw that out there, if you can't find a set.
