I would pull the shock and compare the extended length to a stock shock. If you have 2" drop shocks they should be 2" shorter. Did you compair the springs? Were they shorter than the stcok ones? The other problem that may be happening is your springs not seating in their pockets. When to use springs that are more than 2" drop in the front they are just laying in there (not in their possitions) when the "A" arms are down while the truck is sitting on the stand. You need to physically hold them in place while you jack the lower "A" arm up. WES

the new springs are much shorter than the stockers. good point on holding the springs in place. didn't do that. now i'm worried that even if i get the shock to bolt up, it won't have any extension when the suspension rebounds.
