It might not look like I did much but it took all day. Finished around the door jamb at the top. Got the pieces from spare cabs so the shape was correct from the door seal to the outside skin. Plug welded the lip for the door seal.

Painted it because the rainy season has started and it is humid. Don't want surface rust to start in bad areas.
