The differences are in the front spindles and the rear axles. Frames, suspension, etc are all the same. Drum spindles don't stick out as far, not needing the same clearance as discs/calipers. They changed the rear axle to match the change in the front.

I believe in the front and rear, it's 3/4" per side or 1.5" total width difference between the year split.
