Well since you asked, your going to get about 1,000 opinions, here's mine. It depends on your skill level if your willing to do the resto your self, how much are your willing to spend? and what do you want to end up with. In my case I've got less than 7 grand in it, have yet to repair top and hatch, and by the way, mine was much worse than yours weigh them all out and have fun.
