The "Full Wheel Covers" are simply the full size hubcaps instead of the smaller "Dog Dish" hubcaps. The only difference between the truck versions and the blazer versions is that the blazer wheel covers had a hole in the center of the two hubcaps that went on the front to accomodate the front axle hubs. While I can't see the pics of your blazer (they are blocked here at work) I can tell you I have fixed trucks that were "beyond saving" so as long as you feel confident in your abilities and have the patients for it I say do it!
