The first pic is of the caps in the center. The 2 in the center look to be NOS. No dents but there are small marks in the chrome, they may buff out but I can't say for sure.

The second, third and fourth pics are of the caps on the right. The 2 on the right look to be NOS. Nice chrome with some light scratches. They both have dings and small dents.
