Another option that keeps popping up is a 250 buck 10.5" 14bolt from the local salvage/pick a part place.

I could probably get a few bucks off for my old diff at a later date, but I'm not sure what kind of shape one of those old crusty specials would be.

So far my front diff works fine so I don't NEED to do anything it it, yet.
The idea of a matching Dana combo just appealed...

What do you guys think would be the easiest to swap and easiest both work and budget wise?

Would one of these wrecker diffs be worth a shot??
