Re: Lowering front bumper
I've done this on other vehicles (not a mid-year truck). What I've done in the past was weld up the existing carriage bolt holes, and then mock up the bumper where I wanted to re-position it. I would then mark where the new mount holes will need to be punched or drilled. Sounds like a neat idea. Good luck.
