All very good points..... I just painted my cab on saturday, came out pretty good. My cab roof is black and being here in Texas (always hot) I doubt moisture would ever have time to develope inside the roof. Im mostly worried about expansion. I think I will do some research into various spray foams and give it a shot. I only wish I would have done this before paint most of those spray foams are really messy....
