question for ya'll:
Why do they call this style truck a "pre-runner"?
There are a couple pictured that have this type suspension, lends itself better to suspension travel.

A "pre-runner" was a vehicle used to "pre-run" the race course (Baja) to get use to the course/obstacles and such. That way they did not wreck the race vehicle. Now "lifted" 2wd trucks get the name pre-runner.
