I'm doing my first disc conversion. Got some newbie questions.

1) Should I grease the ball joint spindles before assembly?
2) How tight are the castle nuts supposed to be?
3) I'm just putting the upper A arm shims back the way the way they were, but the camber doesn't look right. I know I'll have to get it aligned later, but is there a good rule of thumb to get it close to right? Do I just eye ball it or what?
