I have a 03 1500HD 4x4 Crew with the 6.0. I have 115,000 miles on it, and have had no problems. Does it have the 6.0, 8.1, or the Duramax in it? I would just look at the normal things. Oil, tranny fluid, underside. Other than those few you should be good to go.

If you get it make sure and post up some pics.
