It is a 68 long bed. Someone had already put an altenator on it so it does not have a generator/regulator. has a (i think) 77 350 with the dist. fro the orginal motor. I read that i should be able to run down and take the resister out of the wire that goes to it now. I know some had it on the fire wall but do not see a ceramic one there like i have saw on other trucks. I just figured someone else could tell me the easyway right off. I have the wire where i can run one striaght from the switch i guess but someone could tell me how to do it the better or easier way. Was planing on doing this in the morning.
