They have been averaging 1200-2000 on up depending upon shape and yes that one is pretty primo plus the 28K miles and a pretty ready engine bay. This is probably a runner with minimal work.
These trucks may sit up to a year or more waiting to see if the reutilzation agencys want them first like VA, USDA, Forestry, Parks, then the civil agencies also get a crack like Rural FDs, Police agencies etc.
