I am putting in gromlets in my firewall and I would like to know just how I take these wires out of this plug with out ruining it?

Also ,,if there is a better idea than me bolting the clip to my E-Brake Cable to the inner fender so to make it go through the gromlet at a straighter shot ,,I need to know now before I start up the drill motor.. thx
