Most likely those are 5 x 4.75 and 5 x 5 pattern "uni" lug. A shank style lug nut will center the wheel just fine. And you'll want some offset washers. They'll cover up the remainder of the lug hole but have nothing to do with centering your wheel. Just ensure the center bore is big enough to completely set the wheel flat on the hub.
