Is it available to the public?
It makes it easier to see through the plastic, but no, it doesn't do anything for the brightness. Still pretty dim, that's why I'm thinking i'm going to put in the LED lights, and chrome the inside of the-cluster-holder thingy. Yes, I can see them a lot better even though I'm down a few lights and what I do have are very dim. By the time I get done with it I hope to HAVE to use the dimmer switch or risk blinding myself.
