go to your photobucket account and click on the pic you want to insert then right click it and copy location. come over here and click on this little icon and right click in the window and paste then click ok and it will put it in your post.
If you want to up load from your computer, click "go advanced" then click on the little paper clip icon and you can browse for which pics you want then up load them
