by takin the hub off you get to clean and inspect the wheel bearings removing the petrified old grease and putting in new clean slick grease and adjusting them .. so in the end you'll endup with new brakes and smooth new bearings with less rolling resistance for a more economical rolling frontend. while you're at it a good time to check and grease the front suspension


that is the "oldschool" way of doing frontend maintenence
