Amen to that. I can't stress strongly enough how much difference there is in the cheap eBay HEI's and a good quality name brand one. It's definitely a case of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." For an extra hundred bucks, I'd go Mallory any day. I'm running 3 of them in my AMC's right now and love them. Tried a China/eBay one once and it was horrible. The machine work and fit and finish were the worst.

Not trying to speak ill of any particular seller on eBay...just sharing my experience. I think my dizzy was a ProComp brand, but it's NOT the same ProComp as the suspension and truck parts company.
