Ah yes, It does ring a bell for me, but it was not a consistant 12 vt for my electric choke, so i did not use it. (i metered it out today and it jumped from 13.5vt to 9 vt back and forth) the carb book says it need to be a constant for the choke) I would just tie it off for dead unless your running emmisions
