Got my stainless bed bolt kit from Mar-K today. Bolted everything up for a dry fit

Hope to take it apart tomorrow and drill the offset washers holes and trim the edges to slide the bed strips into. Ambitious? Yes...I think so. Had a hard time findind the boards long enough to cut the 7 7/16ths boards so had to make due with 7 1/4's. Just means I have to custom cut each bed strip depth. The things we do for our trucks! Cold today and supposed to snow so we'll see how it goes tomorrow.
