you can do it, body work is easy. As for a spray gun I got a cheap devilbiss from lowes cost like $50 it's a suction gun not gravity feed, and I've used it over and over, primer and paint.

As for primer though any bare metal spots you should use self etch primer or epoxy, because if it sits in primer it will rust. Unless you paint it pretty quick after primer.

I've never done a flip kit myself, worried about cutting the frame. The flip kit itself would be easy I'd do it anyday, just cutting the frame scares me. I hear you can do a flip w/o a notch but if you haul you'll need a notch, and you have to remove the factory bump stop in back.
