I've been wanting an E-fan every winter for as long as I can remember for that very reason. Everytime I'm freezing riding down the road waiting for a warmup I can "just see" that stupid fan cooling the radiator I'm wanting warmed up..
Plus that would cut out the clutch sapping so much power until it finally frees up.
