wow..even with the bad pics I can see that is some really ****ty welding, I would grind it all down and then crank the welder up and burn a good bead over the crappy one , then grind and add a fish plate across the inside, before doing that make sure the thing is straight and correct

or the way I would do it is get another rear frame section and cut it on a bias and do it right, should be easy to get a rear frame section


I would not trust that with my life as it is

Its just metal..it can be repaired
