THANKS Harold, so you think it should of had tilt or was just special ordered this way? Everything is so original I wouldn't think the tilt would of got taken out of it but it may have I guess. Not sure where it was built. I'll get the vin number tomorrow. Susie seen it and said "Oh another truck when you going to part it out?" I told her I was going to sit it back for awhile till after Christmas and then do something with it.

Thank god she doesn't know the finances around here
