Not a truck but here is my tahoe, the wheels/tires are 305/40/22 and measure 32" tall by 12.5" wide. They are a little shorter than you mentioned but close. My hoe is sitting at stock height and is a 4WD, there is no real rubbing, but when I back up with the wheels turned tight one of the inner fenders drag on the tire a little. If I screwed the inner flap in a little tighter it wouldn't drag, but just hasn't been important enough for me to mess with. Either that or I could crank the t-bars and it would clear a little bigger tire, but I'm considering going the other way and dropping it. Hope this helps you out!
