You might have to crank the T-bars a little but it should. I have 305/40/22 (about 32" tall and 12.5" wide) on my 01 4WD Tahoe right now with no problems, backing up with the tires turned tight one of the inner fenders drag alittle but not a big deal. Here are some pics so you can get an idea of the clearance.
