Maybe you can get away with it with the height and diameter of the 22's,... but normally there are scrubline issues with the "drop pocket" style a-arm combined with a drop spindle.
(the a-arm pocket is really close to the ground)
In the event of a tire failure,... you would be sliding down the road on the a-arm,... make the brakes useless on that side.
