Cool, free wrench.
Its not holding anything, it is on the nut for the bolt of the crossmember. It is wedged against the frame due the rotatation of tightening that bolt.
Take a hammer and hit that wrench upwards to knock it off the nut and put that in your tool box.
(or loosen that bolt, and it will come right off.
