Bathroom gone,turns out the shower drain was cracked leaking into the floor,nasty
floor replaced up to front bed
overlapping .75 inch plywood =1.5 inch floor with no sag
the floor is done leaving a key(loose sections to remove and overlap again as only the last 4 feet remain)
