Not trying to start an argument, but after doing my best to part out some 1/2 ton trucks it has been worth more to me to take them straight to the scrappers lately.

I have pictures on my old computer (and maybe on my work computer) of a 70's extended cab 3/4 ton 2wd that was on the local CL a few years back.
I almost bought it for the drivetrain.
I wasn't too impressed with the quality of the conversion work, but it looked the same as one I saw that was supposed to have been done by a conversion company.
I don't think the work ever looked very good, but it was covered up by panels/headliners so I think you don't see how bad it is.
But maybe someone that has one can verify that?
