Keep in mind that in event of an accident or roll over, all of the force will be on those cotter pins and not the studs when that seat wants lift to roll forward with passengers in it. Those cotter pins will shear way before the studs. Not saying to get ride of them, but I wouldn't mount the seat belts to something that is only held with cotter pins.
