also you can sue here in texas and get a lien for any judgement in your favor against the person that hit you that may be UNDERINSURED.
the sad thing about all this is that it is all a mathmatical equation based on the person that hit you!
travelers has already evaluated the policy holder and figured how much they have paid into the policy and how long they will be with travelers after the collision because they have to raise their rates to make back their money and how much they are gonna lose......because you know the insurance company is not gonna lose.
