That's easy enough to fix. Try it. Make special tools to fit where the dent is, and hammer them out little by little. Make it as smooth as possible, then lightly use a fine file to hit the high spots. Then hammer out the low spots. Go over it with a small wooden block and 400 paper. Keep looking for low spots and fix them, and when done. Sand with 1000 grit, and buff it. I did a lot of stainless for myself and friends. For one I did my whole 56 Belair. It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.
