I did a ton of research on this before I lined the burb. I ended up going with raammat. It got great reviews everywhere I looked. I spoke to the owner of the company and he explained everything about it. I used that for the surface noise and vibration. Next I used the neoprene material for the reflective sound vibration ( it absorbs the soundwaves that are airborn) lastly I used the homedepot insulation roll for heat insulation. Then carpet over the top. I must say it quited down the burb substantially. I used it on the floor, ceiling, and sides, including the doors and cargo area. With a big block and pretty loud mufflers it did a great job quieting it down. Now the doors shut with a new car thud, and not a hollow sounding rattle. Hope this helps.
