If it is an 80's truck, then take the insert out of the rubber seal and then slowly push the windoe and rubber out of the cab. The isert is just a rubber rib to stiffen the seal and is easily removed. If it is older than that and it has no insert, then use a couple of stiff putty knives and a mix of soapy water to lubricate the rubber and push the rubber out of the cab from the inside of the truck
