Anybody ever used these?

I think the adjustable aspect of it would be nice for me. I plan leave my np205 in place and work forward from there with my nv4500 and LQ4 so I'm not exactly sure where everything will fall. My calculations show it will fall somewhere in the realm of all the adapters posted above but I'm not 100% positive where.
