Have you tried your local spring shop?

There is a shop near me that makes the u-bolts out of rod that is different lengths and threaded on both ends. You have to give them the dimension that you need, (tube diameter plus spring thickness plus bracket plus thread length for nuts, lockwashers, flat washers). They use special rod made for the purpose and they bend them in the right radius for your axle tubes. I bought a set for my K-10 and four u-bolts, with nuts, hardened flat washers and lock washers cost $32 plus tax.
