I've got the stock ones in my truck now and they do work but don't let the door open as far as one would like. I cut the whole door post out of a junk cab and swapped side to side hinges and all when I did it. If you are using a left door as the back door it will probably work ok though.

WOW, after looking at it I see what he did and what a bunch of work he has in that. My doors open just about the same as he has that door sitting on the brake stool.
