i did clear coat them after i painted them. they turn out really shiny and the factory paint was duller i am sure but i didn't want them to fade fast either. 910 is just the model designation. a 910 is Canadian and 1500 is a US model, 920 is a 2500 and so on. i believe in 1969 they were all designated 1500 and 2500's.
