The German,... here's a picture of the PerformanceOnLine tie rod sleeves I have on my 69.
I sent you a PM with the part numbers.
Just remember,... you have to use 67-70 outer tie rods,... in the inner tie rod location. (The thread "direction" of the tie rods changed after 1970)
