It is a little hard to say but let me tell you a story about breaking in new Honda motorcycles. We would run them hard and about 15%-20% of them would stop dead while on the test ride...ring seize. We would let them cool off and run them again...never any problem. We tore a couple of them down and there was never a problem with them and always noted it in the warranty file but never noticed any furture problems. You were running it slow so I really doubt that it did any damage. I would just keep running it and see how it sorts itself out.
