You would need to run driving lights though a relay because the wiring from the factory will not support Driving lights , at least not very long.
The normal back up lights in a square body are run thru a light green wire IIRC .yellow =left turn....dark green=right turn....brown=tail lights ,.....black is ground.....light green= reverse lights.
the light green wire runs to the neutral safety switch/backup light switch , low on the steering column
