Are you referring to both numbers 3 and 4 listed above?  3 is for the upper and lowers on a rear coil sprung truck....4 is for the uppers on a rear leaf sprung truck. I will do $20 shipped for number 4, or $30 shipped if you want numbers 3 and 4.
