Thank you very much for the pictures. I have been looking on the web for days with negative results.
I want to keep the E brake somewhat original. I have a Lokar universal kit but I really like the brakets and levers under the cab as well as the bracket on the frame. And most important the brake handle in the cab. Now I just need to get a hold of Control Cables and order a new set of cables.

Next time I will take pictures before I take things apart.

I still have the OEM pedal but I will change to a flat shaft pedal to match the accelerator shaft.
