The best thing to do is call them on their Toll Free number and ask to talk to a Tech guy. Tell them exactly what you have and what you want to do, and they will quote you on a current price for the whole deal.

I can't quote you any prices now because I did mine 6 or 7 years ago. I do remember that these people went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase, install, and performance of the transmission. (I did the install here in PA, they are out in CA.)
