This truck has the easy way. Wheel spacers. I drove this truck this way for 50,000 miles and didn't have any problems.

The other way is to get the dually axle and change the spring perches so they are in the right spot. You will probably have to change the location of the shocks. The C20 frame is wider than the c30 frame. It would be easier to add the dually to a 4x4 since they have the same frame width.
