Welcome to the forum
To post pics directly from your computer, just click on the 'manage attachments' located in the 'additional options' box. Then click on 'browse' and that'll take you to your computer. If you have your pics on a internet picture host such as Photobucket, then you will use this icon
and enter the URL of the selected pic from your hosting site.
